2018 The Effects on The Mechanical Properties of The Composite Material Obtained from Waste Fiber

Current studies cause to be investigated the evaluation of renewable raw material resources with the increase in environmental pollution, the lack of raw materials and product costs. The agricultural wastes such as wood origin waste, tea factory waste, nutshell and wheat straw are an important potential for raw materials. Wood plastic composite (WPC) sector is in one of the areas that can be used in assessing these wastes. In this study used as lignocellulose fillers waste tea, nutshell and as plastic high density polyethylene (HDPE). According to results, bending strength and bending elasticity modulus values are increased to toward the pure HDPE. Consequently, as filled materials the tea factory waste and nutshell proved to be an important source of raw materials that can use for wood plastic composites production.
